What I do
Product designer and UX researcher. I research how people move through digital products and design what follows. It’s the same discipline I spent 15 years applying to how people move through physical space.
My background
15 years deciding what a gallery visitor sees first, second, and never. I owned the pipeline from raw idea to sold, shipped result, working as a gallery founder, curator, and studio manager for artist Mark Kostabi. Curation is information architecture. Gallery operations is stakeholder management. Studio management is cross-functional coordination under deadline. The last 18 months have been translating that formally: a paid UX research and audit engagement for SensAI (AI fitness app), plus self-directed product work on Sero (gallery-management SaaS) and Journey (travel app).
My approach
I ask before I design. Every project starts with the same question I asked as a curator: what does this person need to understand, and in what order? Then I test that structure against real users before touching visual design. It’s slower up front, and it’s why the work holds up.
